Are Prescription Medications Free?

Many medications can be obtained for free; patients
can also obtain medication through the Community
Health Works Patient Assistance Program. A
representative of Community Health Works is available
for patient consultation at the patient’s appointment
time and will help the patient in applying for
prescription medication assistance. There may be a $5
per month per prescription co-pay for some
medications through Community Health Works Patient
Assistance Program.
